A note for parents
The Way of Kings Prime is an early draft of Sanderson's epic fantasy that shares the core plot and characters of the published version but with some variations in tone and content. It contains moderate fantasy violence including battle scenes and combat, sparse mild language, and themes of honor, leadership, and perseverance. The book is lengthy and complex with multiple viewpoints, making it best suited for teen readers with fantasy experience.
